Do I need to use a claims manager?

Our customers tell us that we offer very good value for money. They also tell us that by using our service, they feel more optimistic about reaching a favourable settlement. The choice is of course yours and you are fully entitled to make a claim yourself. If you decide to represent yourself, there is no reason why with enough time, tenacity and knowledge you wouldn't be successful. We would however urge you to consider whether you have the time, the experience, the industry knowledge and the appetite for it.

How long will it take until a decision is reached?

We will work proactively, so that your case is paid due attention and investigated in a timely fashion. The timeline from start to finish will depend on the circumstances of your case and the course that the complaint takes. There are obligations for firms to acknowledge and respond to complaints and we will ensure that these are met. Once we have reviewed your case, we will give you an idea of how long it should take and thereafter provide you with regular updates.
